Principal Johns' Email Message

Weekly Email to Parents

2019 Early Summer Email

Nation Ford Family,

We trust you are having a restful and wonderful summer with your family.  We are calling this our “early-summer” principal email.  We’ll send out one following the week of July 4th then another at the end of July as we look forward to the 2019-2020 school year.

First, I encourage you to get your teenager involved in summer training with our sports team.  This is a great way to keep your child active, to build relationships, and to go into next school year enthused and excited.  Please see attached link to our athletic page for more information - https://www.fortmillathletics.com/nafosports .   Also,  and I am saying this as a father of six and as a school person- on the first day of school when the bell rings to go to lunch,  there is a huge comfort in already knowing a group of your school mates because you have been training with them all summer.  Have a friend to eat lunch beside is a pretty big deal.
